Job Description:
The role of the Community Sales Assistant is to assist the Community Sales Manager with the conversion of prospects and existing customers into satisfied, revenue producing closed customers.
Hourly compensation plus performance based bonus opportunity.
This 14 to 22 hour per week position is a regular Part Time schedule with hours both during the week and weekends, based on the needs of your assigned community. (continued below...)

Skill & Experience Requirements:
Our Community Sales Assistants are one of our primary links between the company and the public. As such, our Sales Team members are to conduct themselves at all times with the utmost of integrity, accurately representing the companys products and policies as well as safeguarding our reputation for honesty. Outstanding time management and commnication skills are a must.
Required Skills and Abilities:
5 years of documented and successful sales experience with the ability to:
Welcome Prospects
Establish Rapport with Prospects
Qualify and Evaluate Prospect Needs
Demonstrate our Homes, Homesites and Communities
Resolve Objections
Guide Prospects to select a Model, Homesite and Features
Close for a Home site Reservation, Appointment or Call
Gain commitments from Prospects and ask for Referrals
Effectively Follow-up with the Community Sales Manager with information about Prospects and existing customers
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, using the Internet and capable of learning how to use our in house Salesforce Automation System
After a completing our company training sessions,our Community Sales Assistants are charged with:
