Originally conceived as a promotion for inventory homes, the program has been such a success that we are now expanding it to include new, to-be-built homes.
The Fast Track program will reward any agent who assists in the sale of a CF Vatterott new home by introducing the client to the property. Each activity leading to a sale will be awarded points which will move your race car closer to the lead. Click on the Program Rules & Regulations page to see how it works. Quarterly prizes will be awarded to the winning agents and we will also keep your cumulative total for the annual prize giveaway next July.
