Charles F Vatterott Construction Company will pay a real estate commission of 2.7% of the contract price including initial addendums, change orders or options (excluding any subsequent addendums, change orders or options to the contract, unless there are credits to the contract), upon closing, when the following representations are true:

A sales contract must be entered into between the registered customer or client and Seller within 60 days
from the registration date.

Agent must have personally introduced the registered customer or client to the onsite sales representative
on the above date or registered the customer or client in writing within 48 hours of their first visit to
the subdivision.

The registered customer or client or the customer or client's immediate family has not had any previous
contact with Seller's agent, principal or employees of CF. Vatterott Family of Companies, prior to the above
date of this registration.

This registration is valid only when signed by a representative of Seller.

Agent is a licensed broker or real estate agent in the State of Missouri.
- The registration by said agency is subject to verification by the customer or client.
