Fast Track Program Rules & Regulations

There are lots of ways to win points to move your car along the track. It is so easy! As you go through your normal real estate activities, your previews, showings and visits to our communities give you the points to power your car. Here's the breakdown-

Realtors® can accumulate points for activities that promote CFVatterott inventory and to-be-built homes.

• 1 point for previewing (without a client)
• 2 points for showing to a client
• 3 points for generating a contract on a To-Be-Built home
• 5 points for generating a contract on an inventory
• 2 additional points at closing (which may fall in a different quarter)

Responsibility for tracking points falls on the co-op agent. At each showing, the agent picks up an entry ticket and fills it out. CF Vatterott on-site agents are responsible for keeping a stock of forms in every inventory home. They will also have a supply of forms in the sales office for agents who show the displays. The entry ticket is then faxed by the showing agent to Mary at CF Vatterott (314-427-5589). Only forms submitted according to the rules and regulations will be counted. Results are updated per these faxed entry tickets, generally weekly. Please e-mail maryg@cfvatterott.com if you have any questions regarding the postings.

Points are recorded on CFV website so you can check your standing at any time, www.vatterotthomes.com. They are tallied at the end of each quarter and a winner will be selected. The selection of the winner is tied to the number of points an agent has. For each point accumulated the agent's name will be entered into the prize drawing. So the more points the more chances to win. The prizes will include such items as travel vouchers or merchandise such as a Garmin StreetPilot 2720 Portable GPS Navigation System.

While the Points are reset each quarter, the CF Vatterott website will keep cumulative Point totals for the Annual Prize. Stay tuned for more information!
